the heritage park lays on the idyllic mekong silk island, on the outskirts of the capital phnom penh. the project proposes a highly affordable housing for young first home buyers with limited budget yet ready for a new living experience, inspiring the development of their dreams. design, construction quality and a healthy life for all generations in a shared green environment builds the focus.

the preliminary building design concept proposes a composition of various house sizes from 1 to 2.5 stories with a gross floor area range between 60 and 120 square meters. all buildings are to meet EDGE level 2 standards for efficient use of resources and low operation cost for the users. light weight construction is an option.
